AI-powered platform that transforms code into live, interactive architecture diagrams. By eliminating manual documentation and offering actionable insights for cloud operations, Company helps tech teams manage complex environments more efficiently and securely.

2. Territorial Restriction

The Website is available for use in the United States of America ("US") and India. The Website is not available for use to residents of the European Union. If you are a resident of the European Union, please do not use the Website. If you are a resident of any other country other than the US or India, please ensure compliance with all local laws prior to using the Website.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use the Website and Services. Have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party
Will not violate any of our rights, including intellectual property rights such as patent, copyright, and trademark rights
Agree to provide at your cost all equipment, browser software, and internet access necessary to use the Website and Services

5. Service License

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sub licensable license to access and use the Website and Services.

6. Reservation of Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Website and Services are provided for your use, and not sold to you. Company and its licensors and service providers reserve and will retain their entire right, title, and interest in and to the Website and Services, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein or relating thereto, except as expressly granted to you in this Agreement.

Do's:

Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, tax laws, export control laws and regulatory requirements
Provide accurate information to us and update from time to time as may be necessary

Review and comply with notices sent by us, if any, concerning the Services

Don'ts:

Duplicate, license, sublicense, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, rebrand, otherwise transfer or commercially exploit the Website or Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, capture screen shots, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
Utilize information, content or any data you view on and/or obtain from the Website or Services to provide any service that is competitive with us
Adapt, modify or create derivative works based on the Website or Services
Deep-link to the Website for any purpose
Use automated methods to add contacts or send messages
Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices

8. Payment

Accessing and using the Website or Services is currently free of cost. In the event that Company modifies this clause to include a subscription fee in the future, Company will communicate such modification to the User.

9. Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend and hold Company and our officers, employees, managers, directors, customers and agents harmless from and against any and all costs, liabilities, losses and expenses resulting from any claim, suit, action, demand or proceeding brought by any third party against Company arising from: (i) a breach of this Agreement; (ii) the negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct of you or your employees, agents or contractors; (iii) incorrect information provided by you in your account or elsewhere; or (iv) a failure by you or your employees, agents, contractors or invitees to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF COMPANY EXCEED THE GREATER OF INR 1,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID COMPANY, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
